At Anchal Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-stitched home goods. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different pattern or size.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
